Gawyn in a traditional scale hairy drafter gelding in a wonderful collected trot. He's large traditionals because of the "draft" influence. I wanted a drafter that would be a versatile performance horse as well as a halter horse. And, who doesn't like those big hairy things? The nice thing about all that hair though, is that it's smooth even with all that definition - which makes for an easy paint session and no shredded brushes! I'm really excited to be able to offer such a different piece to you all!
9 1/8" from base to highest point (mane crest)
14" from extreme outer edges. (total length of the piece)
7 1/2" from base to top of withers.
3 1/4" at sculpture's widest points.
